Can the dog arrive for the appointment wet?
A few drops of rain will not matter. A soaked coat will not matter if the appointment is for a Bath and Dry service. A soaked coat does matter and will require drying prior to the Bath and Tidy and Full Groom services. This will attract an additional charge of $30.00.
Do I need to bring a collar and lead?
A collar and lead is a mandatory Dunedin City requirement for any dog in a public place. This includes the very short walk from your car to our door – notwithstanding that the car park is on our property. We ask that you leave your dog’s collar and lead with us so that we can …

What if I do not pick my dog up on time or it is after hours?
