A soaked coat will not matter if the appointment is for a Bath and Dry service.
A soaked coat does matter and will require drying prior to the Bath and Tidy and Full Groom services. This will attract an additional charge of $30.00.
A collar and lead is a mandatory Dunedin City requirement for any dog in a public place. This includes the very short walk from your car to our door – notwithstanding that the car park is on our property.
We ask that you leave your dog’s collar and lead with us so that we can toilet the dog if necessary, and to ensure the dog is tethered when moved from the secure part of the premises to the reception area.
